Every owl is handmade and fired to 2264 degrees Fahrenheit. These are essentially little rocks, they've been run over by cars, dropped on concrete, bounced off sidewalks, and come out without a scratch. But if yours ever breaks, at any point, for any reason, we'll replace it free of charge.

Just send us a photo of the broken owl. No need to ship it back, no receipt, no time limit, no questions asked. We cover shipping on every replacement.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your owl. If you're not in love with it, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different owl. After 30 days, it's yours to keep.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Owl must be in like-new condition

• You cover shipping the owl back to us

• We cover shipping your replacement to you

• Refunds are issued once we receive the owl back

  
  

Every order is packed with care so it arrives safely to your home.

Domestic orders ship flat rate for $8, no matter how many owls you're adventuring home with. Orders typically ship within 3 business days and arrive within 2-5 business days via USPS.

International orders ship flat rate for $25 and typically arrive within 7-21 business days via USPS.

Just have to have it now! Expedited shipping is available for $15 and typically ships within 1 business day and arrives within 1-3 business days.
